Hey Divya, :)
ReplyDeleteThis is a very useful Post, but I don't understand the full process. After 21 days the wine is ready to consume, then why you say that it is a 6 week process? What should we do after 21 days? And can we ferment the grape sediments (after filtering on 21st day) again for some weeks?
Hi Sowmiya ramesh,
DeleteSorry for the inconvenience,
1.After 21 days the wine is ready to consume, then why you say that it is a 6 week process?
Actually it is overall six weeks process(42 days).
which is two stages of procedures, each stage consist of three weeks(21 days).
After three Weeks(21 days) wine is not ready to consume.
2.What should we do after 21 days?
Please read Stage 2 process.
3.And can we ferment the grape sediments (after filtering on 21st day) again for some weeks?
Please read stage 2, filter and remove the grape sediments. However you will find spongy like sediments at the end of sixth week at the bottom of the bucket, leave that you will see the clear wine on the top of the bucket.
Hope you got a clear idea.
Thanks,
Divya Natarajan.
